Delicious pizza The food is good.

A super-loving team, the food tastes great, very cozy atmosphere ... that's exactly how I imagine a visit to the Italian restaurant. Tip: the bruschetta beforehand are wonderful. A heartfelt thank you.

It was really excellent! And the tagliatelle in truffle were amazingly good !!! I've never really eaten something delicious! Definitely try it! 👌

Very good food, especially the pizza. There is a relatively large selection of dishes that are tasty. It is best to reserve in advance!

We reserved a table for lunch. We were a larger group. We wanted to move the tables and it wasn't a problem. The pizza was not crispy on the bottom. The waiter didn't ask everyone if they wanted dessert. The desserts were amazing and very nicely decorated. The benches could probably be redone as they are cracking.

Good food and great service

I was there for lunch and phew, a sentence with x was probably nothing. Salad sauce was a ready made sauce from the bottle. It tasted totally artificial. Main course was bland! Had no taste or anything like that. The sauce over the pasta was totally watery. In terms of taste, I had “moved out of my parents' house and just learned to cook”. And now the Oberhammer. I wasn't even offered to order a drink during my entire stay. I've never seen that before. Was definitely my first and last visit. I would like to give 0 stars if I could.

Great cook, Gino is a great host. The food was great ... in the heart of a great old town. Highly Recommended.

We keep going back here for 5 years and enjoy the tagliatelle with veal, porcini mushrooms and truffles. The quality has decreased more and more. Today was the end: a plate, carelessly arranged, dried and inedible truffle slices, veal with sinews and leftovers, also bloody ... Simply bad .. Feedback on the complaint: the truffle slices are only for decoration and should not be eaten .. me thought the cook was kidding! It's a shame that we'll never go back to this restaurant

Very nice place. Very good food. Dog (knee high) was allowed in. Calling and making reservations beforehand makes sense. Or spontaneously over. It's worth it. Card payment possible. The fish soup is awesome 💪

Just delicious! It was actually just an emergency solution to visit the Osteria da Gino, but I would like to have this emergency solution more often 😂. Tagliatelle with chanterelles, fresh tomatoes and basil 🌿 are simple but fantastic.

Tasty food, very fast service.

Everything fresh, always tasty and has been for over 30 years.

My husband and I went there for a date night couple of weeks ago and had a pleasant experience. The reason I give four stars is the response we got when we said we did not have a reservation, the waiter seemed to be annoyed and too excited to seat us. After that, everything was great. I had salmon in a creamy sauce with spinach and it was delicious, fish was cooked to perfection. My husband had meat platter and he could not finish it, it was so much food. They take cards which is great, usually don't carry cash with us. It is small and cozy and would definitely go back.

The food is amazing, great environment, friendly staff and all priced well. My favorite restaurant in the town, definitely recommend! The gnocchi is my favorite 👌

Fabulous restaurant. Great menu. All of our food was so delicious. The staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Great atmosphere if a little loud at times. Booking is essential. Thankfully we know Marie-Luise and her family and were with them, so we got a very warm welcome. Wonderful and will definitely come back.

A great restaurant in a beautiful location right on the market square of Herrenberg. We had pasta, pizza and Schnitzel. All three dishes are absolutely recommended, as by the bank delicious. We will be back definitely.

Really happy with my experience...food was very good; they specialize in Seafood, but all of the dishes served looked great. I had a pasta dish prepared out of a Ramano cheese wheel drizzled with flaming Conác and shaved Truffel🤗 Recommended. Note: Great location...right on one of the most beautiful town squares in Germany.

Nice restaurant. Something Italian, a little Swabian flair. Extensive menu, nice staff. Despite high activity we got a table for 2 unannounced. Were served quickly and tasted good it also 😋. Here we come back gladly!

Very Hood food, delicius

It's a nice cozy Italian restaurant in the old city center of Herrenberg. Not easy to get to, if you are not familiar with the area, but worth making the effort. The menu is well rounded. The Carpaccio di Manza was very nice and fresh, and Ravioli dell' Osteria was delightful. The service is courteous and reasonably fast when not crowded. During peak times, it gets rather noisy and since the tables are very close together, it can get uncomfortable as well. In warm weather, outdoor seating is the better option, if you can tolerate the second hand smoke. My recommendation is to avoid the peak times.

Great seafood and tasty white wine. More, the owner is very friendly and serves his customers personally.

After a wonderful autumn walk along the Schönbuchtrauf we stopped at the Osteria da Gino. We were thrilled with the varied range of dishes and the special autumn offers. The service was very friendly and the food tasted very good. We found the prices to be very fair. We are happy to recommend the Osteria!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We walked in and only two tables out of thirty were occupied. I requested a table in German and as they were about to seat us, my wife said something in English and they immediately stopped and told us the restaurant was full with reservations. Shocked, we left and dined elsewhere, but later saw the restaurant was nowhere near capacity as they had informed us. Very shocked by this rude behavior as we were warmly welcomed elsewhere in Herrenberg.
